What happens during non-incisional blepharoplasty ?

Simplified steps to explain the science behind the art of Plastic Surgery
Customised eyelid crease simulated with a stiff probe and marked precisely pre-surgery.
Precise 2.0 mm skin incisions made on the skin markings from the simulated crease
Cross-section of how a single small suture can be effective in creating adhesions and long-lasting crease.
Fine stab incisions heal with minimal or no scars. (Picture of an actual patient)

My Philosophy

Non-incision Suture Blepharoplasty

"I prefer the non-incisional suture blepharoplasty for double eyelid crease creation. It is fast, has minimal downtime and is scarless. Most patients do not prefer incision method and neither do I. However, it has its limitations and may not be suitable in patients with thick bulky upper eyelid skin, with excessive loose skin or have droopy eyelids."
